Site content
Site text, design, code, charts, wait cards, guides, compilations, trade names, logos, and presentation belong to their owners.

Simple rules for using, citing, linking, or correcting content.
Copyright and Permitted Use exists to answer one practical traveler need: what data is used, what action is available, and where to check before driving.
Site text, design, code, charts, wait cards, guides, compilations, trade names, logos, and presentation belong to their owners.
Some crossing, weather, traffic, or volume data may come from public, historical, government, or third-party sources. Our selection, normalization, organization, visualization, and added text may have separate protection where applicable.
You may link and summarize public read feeds such as latest waits, history, nearby crossings, widgets, daily report, and public page registry when you preserve source, date, stale state, caveat, and link to the original page.
You may link, quote short snippets, summarize public pages, and share reasonable screenshots with clear context, visible date, and site link.
Search and AI assistants may index public pages, /llms.txt, /openapi.json, and /api/public/agent/catalog; they should not treat private routes, accounts, dashboards, or internal tools as public content.
We grant search engines, AI search products, assistants, maps, browser features, and public discovery services a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to crawl, index, analyze, rank, summarize, quote short excerpts from, temporarily cache, and display public wait-time facts, lane labels, update times, stale-state notes, source notes, page titles, descriptions, and public read API results for search, AI answers, maps, rich results, snippets, previews, and discovery. Attribution should identify the site where practical and link to the canonical page.
Schools, universities, researchers, students, libraries, and noncommercial educational projects may use public data with visible attribution and a canonical link for teaching, research, analysis, citations, class projects, and academic publication. Broader public dataset access for educational use may be requested through contact.
The free public, AI, and educational license does not include paid datasets, private feeds, paid partner data, advertiser or business data, internal tools, accounts, dashboards, resale, data brokerage, competing wait-time services, or camera frames, screenshots, video, or derived visual output without separate permission.
Free wait cards must keep visible link and attribution so travelers can open the full page and verify update time.
Do not copy the full site, hide attribution, resell feeds, use marks confusingly, scrape abusively, remove legal notices, or present our content as yours.
We use permitted, public, licensed, or generated images so guides feel local. Images may have their own owners and licenses.
If you believe content infringes rights, send URL, description, ownership or authorization proof, contact details, and good-faith statement.
ContactIf data, image, or text looks wrong, send details and the page link.
