Informational only
Waits, maps, weather, traffic, forecasts, history, alerts, guides, sponsors, and local recommendations are informational only. Conditions, lanes, documents, fees, rules, road closures, and border operations can change without notice.
Traveler responsibility
You are responsible for verifying official requirements, documents, visas, permits, vehicle insurance, customs rules, lane eligibility, road safety, and legal obligations before travel.
No professional advice
Content is not legal, immigration, customs, tax, insurance, medical, financial, security, or emergency advice. Do not rely on the site as a substitute for official instructions or professional guidance.
No emergency use

Wait cards and public APIs may be used for traveler help and local sites if attribution remains visible, update time is not misrepresented, traffic is reasonable, and no government endorsement is implied.
Prohibited use
Do not scrape abusively, bypass rate limits, attack credentials, probe private areas, exploit vulnerabilities, spam forms, interfere with service, copy the full site, hide attribution, or use data for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or safety-critical purposes.
Sponsored placements
Paid placements are labeled and subject to approval, moderation, billing, availability, category fit, local relevance, and quality review. We may reject, edit, pause, or remove placements that are misleading, unsafe, illegal, offensive, infringing, low quality, or poor fit.
Advertiser responsibility

Billing
