Schools, universities, researchers, students, libraries, and noncommercial educational projects may use public data with visible attribution and a main link for teaching, research, analysis, citations, class projects, and academic publication. Free public, AI, and educational permissions do not include paid data, private access, paid partner data, advertiser or business data, internal tools, accounts, dashboards, resale, data brokerage, competing wait-time services, or camera frames, screenshots, video, or derived visual output without separate permission.
